摘要
为有效处理多目标防洪调度决策的复杂问题,提出一种基于改进熵权和Vague集的多目标决策方法,构建了被选方案指标相对理想方案的Vague值矩阵,加权计算和比较各被选方案的综合Vague值,实现对决策方案的评价优选,并利用熵权法确定多目标权重,针对熵权与熵值传递信息不一致的问题改进了熵权计算公式。水库防洪调度实例验证结果表明,该决策方法合理、可行,可供类似工程借鉴。
