摘要
高校心理健康教育工作在新的时代背景下呈现出新的趋势,由最初预防解决心理问题为主转变为培育学生积极心理品质为导向,继而正式迈入了以“育人”为目标的心理健康教育新阶段。当前高校的心理健康教育存在工作对象局限在少数急需“干预”的大学生上,对课程的重视度不够,与思政工作的融合流于形式等问题。育人取向下的新时代心理健康教育必须与思政工作有效融合,和其他育人体系协同,重视课程思政改革,全员全过程全方位进行心理育人,把工作重点落实在“育人”上。
Mental health education in colleges and universities presents a new trend under the new era background,from the initial prevention and solution of psychological problems to the cultivation of students'positive psychological quality as the orientation,and then formally entered a new stage of mental health education with the goal of educating people.Due to the current mental health education in colleges and universities,the working objects are still limited to a few college students who are in urgent need of'intervention',the emphasis on courses is not enough,and the integration with ideological and political work becomes a mere formality,etc.The mental health education in the new era under the educational orientation must be effectively integrated with ideological and political work and be educated collaboratively with other educational systems.The ideological and political reform of the curriculum should be emphasized,and the whole process of the whole staff should be carried out in an all-round way.
