摘要
文章以徐州工程学院为个例,探讨大学英语课程思政中国家意识培养的必要性,提出以国家意识为中心、国家认知为基础、国家认同为保障、国家期待为动力,依托于产出导向法的应用型高校大学英语课程思政"一体三翼"德育体系实践路径。值得注意的是,国家意识培养不是让学生走向狭隘的民族主义,而是以此为基础拓宽学生的国际视野,树立人类命运共同体意识。
National consciousness cultivation is oneo f the most important purposes of curriculum-based political and virtuous awareness education in college English courses.There are such unhealthy tendencies in foreign language education as upholding utilitarianism,o ver-emphasizing cross-cultural communication skills and international perspective without much consideration of Chinese elements in English textbooks compilation,andg oing through the political and virtuous awareness education as a mere formality.The importance of national consciousness has not been stressed enough in college English teaching.It is timely to comprehensively promote curriculum-based political and virtuous awareness education and give full play to the leading role of national consciousness.Taking the Xuzhou University of Technology as an example,this article explores thes pecific implementation of national consciousness cultivation.Based on the Production-oriented Approach(POA),the practical path of the moral education system“one body,three wings”is introduced.“One Body”refers to the national consciousness which is the center of curriculum-based political and virtuous awareness education.“Three wings”refer to“national cognition as the basis,national identity as the guarantee,and national expectation as the impetus”.National cognition enhancement involves various channels provided by teachers to help students fully learn about their country,cultivating their patriotism.Two ways are proposed to improve national cognition:one is to dig moral education elements in textbooks deeply and the other is to supplement Chinese materials.Citizenship consciousness cultivation is critical to enhancing students’sense of national identity.The purpose of citizenship education is to make students fully aware of their citizenship,gradually develop an emotional attachment to the country,and eventually develop a sense of loyalty to the country.The awareness of honor,dedication,integrity,cooperation,and rules should be the focus of citizenship educa
