摘要
为调查猪场免疫程序的合理性及猪群的免疫成效,论文对陕西省某规模化猪场的猪瘟(CSF)、猪繁殖与呼吸综合征(PRRS)和猪伪狂犬病(PR)3种传染病进行血清学系统检测,并对检测结果进行分析。检测结果显示,22周龄后备母猪CSF抗体阳性率(30%)低于其他阶段猪群,哺乳母猪CSF抗体阳性率(96%)高于其他阶段猪群,整体猪群CSF抗体阳性率为80%;12日龄仔猪PRRS抗体阳性率(67%)低于其他阶段猪群,75 d妊娠母猪PRRS抗体阳性率(100%)高于其他阶段猪群,整体猪群PRRS抗体阳性率为90%;22周龄后备母猪PR抗体阳性率(40%)低于其他阶段猪群,妊娠母猪、仔猪及保育猪的PR抗体阳性率(100%)高于其他阶段猪群,整体猪群PR抗体阳性率为91%。结果表明,猪群整体免疫效果较好,3种疫病的抗体阳性率在80%以上,但个别猪群的免疫状况须引起注意,22周龄后备母猪的CSF及PR的抗体阳性率偏低,12日龄仔猪的PRRS抗体阳性率偏低。笔者认为应结合免疫程序及抗体检测结果实时调整免疫程序,及时完善猪群免疫漏洞。
In order to investigate the rationality of the pig farm immunization procedures and the effectiveness of the pigs, the three infectious diseases of classical swine fever(CSF),porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome(PRRS) and porcine pseudorabies(PR) in a large-scale pig farm in Shaanxi province were tested by serological system, and the test results were analyzed.The test results showed that: at 22 weeks of age, pig CSF antibody positive rate(30%) is lower than other pigs, and the CSF antibody positive rate(96%) of nursing sows is higher than that of other pigs, and the CSF antibody positive rate in the overall pig group is 80%;12 days old pig PRRS antibody positive rate(67%) is lower than other pigs, 75 days of pregnant sow PRS antibody positive rate(100%) is higher than other pigs, and the total PRRS antibody positive rate is 90%;The positive rate of PR antibody(40%) of 22 weeks old pigs is lower than that of other pigs, the PR antibody positive rate(100%) of pregnant sows, piglets and reserve pigs is higher than that of other pigs, the total PR antibody positive rate was 91%.The results showed that the overall immune effect of the pig herd was better, and the positive rate of antibodies for the three diseases was over 80%.However, the attention should be paid to the immune status of individual pig herds.The positive rate of CSF and PR antibodies in 22 week old reserve pigs is low, and the positive rate of PRRS antibodies in 12 day old piglets is low.The results suggested that the immunization program should be adjusted in real time based on the immunization records and antibody test results, and the immune insufficiency of the pig herd should be improved in time.
