摘要
从陕西省陕南、关中和陕北地区的规模化养猪场及屠宰场共采集猪血清696份,其中陕南262份、关中324份、陕北110份。分别采用RT—PCR和PCR方法检测血清样品中CSFV、PRRSV、PCV2、PRV的核酸;用ELISA方法检测血清中4种病毒的抗体。病原检测结果显示:所有样品中CSFV阳性率为14%、PRRSV为9%、PCV2为23%、PRV为20%,PCV2的感染率最高;陕南地区的样品中PRV检出率最高,为36%。陕北地区和关中地区的样品中PCV2检出率均最高,分别为40%和20%;来自散养户样品中PRRSV检出率最高,为74%。来自规模化猪场样品中PCV2检出率最高,为20%。抗体检测结果显示:所有样品中CSFV抗体阳性率为81%,PRRSV为70%,PCV2为83%,PRV—gI为16%,PRV—gB为38%,PCV2的抗体水平最高;陕南地区的样品中CSFV抗体阳性率最高,为87%。陕北地区和关中地区的样品中PCV2抗体阳性率均最高,分别为87%和82%;来自散养户和规模化猪场的样品中PCV2抗体阳性率均最高,分别为80%和85%。结果表明:这4种主要疫病在陕西省三大地区都普遍存在,本试验结果为养猪业防治猪病提供了参考资料,也为猪场的有效防控提供调查依据。
In order to understand infection and the corresponding pathogenic immune antibody levels of the classical swine fever virus(CSFV),porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus (PRRSV), porcine circovirus type 2 (PCV2) and pseudorabies virus (PRV), and provide basic disease prevention and controls as well as risk analysis of pigs in Shaanxi. About 696 pig serum samples were collected from southern Shaanxi, Guanzhong and Shanbei area, in which 262 copies in southern Shaanxi,324 copies in Guanzhong, and 110 copies in North shaanxi. RT-PCR and PCR were used to detect the nucleic acid of CSFV, PRRSV, PCV2 and PRV in serum samples, and 4 kinds of antibodies in serum were detected by ELISA method. The pathogen test results showed that the positive rate of CSFV in all samples was 14% ,PRRSV was 9% ,PCV2 was 23% ,PRV was 20 % PCV2 with the highest infection rate;the highest detection rate of PRV was in southern area of Shaanxi, nearly 36%. The detection rate of PCV2 was higher in the Northern Shaanxi and Guanzhong area,which were 40% and 20% ,respectively. The highest detection rate of PRRSV was found in the sample of scattered households,which was about 70 %. While the PCV2 had the highest detection rate in farms about 20%. The detection results showed that CSFV positive rate of antibody in all samples was 81% ,PRRSV was 70% ,PCV2 was 83% ,PRV-gI was 16% ,PRV-gB was 38 %, PCV2 with the highest positive level ; Southern Shaanxi samples with the highest CSFV positive rate of 87%. In Northern Shaanxi and Guanzhong area,the positive rates of PCV2 antibody were the highest,respectively 87% and 82% ;while the the positive rate of PCV2 antibody in scattered households and farms with the highest leves of 80% and 85% respectively. The above results suggest that the 4 major diseases are prevalent in the three major regions of Shaanxi,are provide a reference for the prevention and controls of pig industry.
