PMWS患病猪群中PCV2与CSFV、PPV、PRRSV混合感染的调查 被引量:26

摘要 应用套式PCR方法对采自辽宁、河北、河南、湖北、湖南、山东、浙江、福建和广西9个省份的733份临床发病猪肺脏和淋巴结样品进行了PCV2的检测,然后对鉴定为PCV2阳性的283份病料再分别进行PRRSV、PPV和CSFV的检测,以确定猪群中PCV2与CSFV、PRRSV和PPV双重感染情况,结果表明:CSFV、PRRSV和PPV阳性样品分别为74份、94份和46份,阳性率分别为26.1%、33.2%和16.3%。表明这些地区发病猪群中PCV2与这三种病毒的双重感染普遍存在,其中以PCV2和PRRSV的双重感染较为突出;但在河北和湖北两省,则以PCV2与CSFV的双重感染为主。
