摘要
为了解广西规模猪场猪群中主要呼吸道疫病的感染情况及流行特点,给制定科学合理的防控方案提供理论依据,采用RT-PCR/PCR方法,对2015年3月至2019年2月采集自广西14个地市规模猪场的1114份具有呼吸道症状病猪样品进行猪瘟病毒(CSFV)、猪繁殖与呼吸综合征病毒(PRRSV)、猪圆环病毒2型(PCV2)、伪狂犬病毒(PRV)、猪肺炎支原体(Mhp)、副猪嗜血杆菌(HP)、胸膜肺炎放线杆菌(APP)等7种主要疫病病原检测,并分析其样品阳性率在不同年份、季节之间的差异及病原混合感染情况。调查结果显示:CSFV、PRRSV、PCV2、PRV、Mhp、HP和APP均存在不同程度的感染,7种病原的样品平均阳性率从高到低依次为PRRSV(45.87%)、PCV2(38.96%)、HP(25.31%)、CSFV(10.05%)、PRV(6.19%)、Mhp(4.76%)及APP(1.89%);从季节影响因素分析,PRRSV在秋季阳性率较高,PCV2在夏季阳性率较高,HP在秋、冬季阳性率较高,其他病原阳性率的季节性差异均不明显;从混合感染情况分析,7种病原引起的单一感染中,PRRSV(16.52%)阳性率最高,其次是PCV2(9.78%),混合感染包括二重感染、三重感染、四重及以上感染,其中二重感染以PRRSV+PCV2(10.77%)、PRRSV+HP(6.10%)、PCV2+HP(4.49%)为主,三重感染以PRRSV+PCV2+HP(4.49%)为主,四重及以上感染情况较少。调查表明,近年广西地区规模猪场呼吸道疫病仍较多发,全年均有发生,且多为混合感染,PRRSV、PCV2和HP为猪主要呼吸道疫病病原。
This study was to investigate the prevalence of major respiratory diseases on scaled pig farms in the Guangxi area and to provide theoretical basis for designing and performing programs of scientific prevention and control of the diseases.From March,2015 to February,2019,1114 samples of sick pigs with the characteristics of respiratory pathology were collected on large-scale pig farms in 14 regions in Guangxi.RT-PCR/polymerase chain reaction(PCR)was used to detect 7 kinds of pathogens such as the classical swine fever virus(CSFV),the porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus(PRRSV),the porcine circovirus type 2(PCV2),the pig pseudo rabies virus(PRV),swine Mycoplasma pneumonia(Mhp),Haemophilus Parasuis(HP)and Actinobacillus pleuropneumoniae(APP).Then,the positive rate of pathogens in the samples,the differences in prevalence of the diseases between years and between four seasons,and the mixed infection of the above seven pathogens were analyzed,respectively.The survey results showed that CSFV,PRRSV,PCV2,PRV,Mhp,HP and APP all produced infection of different degrees in pigs,with the average positive rates of 45.87%by PRRSV,38.96%by PCV2,25.31%by HP,10.05%by CSFV,6.19%by PRV,4.76%by Mhp and 1.89%by APP,respectively.In terms of infection in different seasons,The positive rate of PRRSV was higher in autumn,that of PCV2 was higher in summer,that of HP was higher in autumn and winter,The positive rates of the other pathogens showed no obvious seasonal differences.In terms of infectious manner,in the single-pathogen infection by 7 pathogens,PRRSV(16.52%)had the highest positive rate,followed by PCV2(9.78%).In mixed infection,PRRSV+PCV2(10.77%),PRRSV+HP(6.10%)and PCV2+HP(4.49%)were the major dual infection,and PRRSV+PCV2+HP(4.49%)was the main triple infection.Mixed infection with four or more pathogens was rare.The present investigation indicated that respiratory diseases had been rather popular on large-scale pig farms in the Guangxi area all the year round,andthat most of the diseases were caused by mixed infe
