摘要
本文在分析国内外绿色电力证书交易机制发展现状的基础上,研究了我国现行绿色电力证书交易机制面临的问题.在价格形成机制和扩大市场需求方面,对绿色电力证书交易机制提出合理化建议;在与其他政策协调衔接方面,为完善绿色电力证书交易机制提供思路.
Based on the analysis of the development status of domestic and foreign renewable energy certificate trading mechanism,this paper studies the problems faced by the current renewable energy certificate trading mechanism in China,and puts forward reasonable suggestions for the renewable energy certificate trading mechanism in terms of price formation mechanism and expanding market demand,provides ideas for the improvement of the renewable energy certificate trading mechanism in terms of coordination and connection of other policies.
