摘要
为推动新型电力系统的建立,国家发改委以绿色电力交易机构为基础,提出了一系列的构想,通过电力交易的方法来满足企业消费绿色电力的基本需求。绿色电力交易的发展是碳中和时代下实现“双碳目标”的重要路径,是进一步推动再生能源电力市场化消纳、健全绿色电力市场交易机制的关键抓手,又是建立灵活可靠绿色电网、提高电网调度运行经济性的必要方式。
In order to promote the establishment of a new type of power system,the National Development and Reform Commission has proposed a series of ideas based on green power trading institutions to meet the basic needs of enterprises for green power consumption through power trading methods.The development of green power trading is not only an important path to achieve the"double carbon target"in the carbon neutrality era,but also a key point to further promote the marketization of renewable energy power consumption and improve the green power market trading mechanism.It is also a necessary way to establish a flexible and reliable green power grid and improve the economic efficiency of power grid dispatch and operation.
