摘要
重庆鱼嘴铁路枢纽商品车物流基地的地理位置优越,国内外商品车铁路运输需求较大,但是存在平面布局不合理、仓库管理信息系统落后的问题,制约了其运作效率。为了提升重庆鱼嘴铁路枢纽商品车物流基地的作业效率,通过分析其运输需求和运营现状,采用改进SPL方法测算各功能区面积,优化基地平面布局图相应的功能区。在此基础上设计云服务平台架构的仓库管理系统,提出系统的总体架构、核心模块和智能分析功能,构建包括4个执行层级的云仓库,实现商品车的多阶段、全流程与动态化管理,为后期大数据管理提供支持,实现重庆鱼嘴铁路枢纽商品车物流基地作业提质增效,为其他商品车物流基地设计提供借鉴。
The geographical location of the commodity vehicle logistics base for Yuzui Railway Station in Chongqing is superior,and the railway transportation of domestic and foreign commodity vehicles is highly dependent on this base.However,the unreasonable layout and backward warehouse management information system restrict its operational efficiency.To improve the operational efficiency of this base,we analyzed its transportation demand and operation status,adopted the improved SPL method to measure the area of each functional area,and optimized the functional areas corresponding to the layout of this logistics base.On this basis,the warehouse management system of the cloud service platform was designed,and then the overall structure,core modules,and intelligent analysis functions of the system were put forward.By building a cloud warehouse including four execution levels,we realize the whole-process and dynamic management of commodity vehicles in every stage,which provides support for later big data management.The research can improve the operational quality and efficiency for the commodity vehicle logistics base of Yuzui Railway Station in Chongqing and provide a reference for the design of other commodity vehicle logistics bases.
