摘要
从宏观经济形势低迷、产业结构调整影响、铁路运输产品服务质量存在差距等方面阐述铁路物流经营现状,从国家政策支撑、市场发展空间、物流基础设施、物流市场化营销等方面分析铁路向现代物流转型的形势,提出铁路向现代物流转型的策略,即以仓储物流促进全程物流服务转型、以差异化班列产品促进铁路干线物流转型、以多网对接融合促进物流经营方式转型、以项目负责制促进市场营销模式转型、以"互联网+"促进铁路物流服务模式转型。
From the aspects of depressed situation of macro economy, influence of industrial structure adjustment and the gap existing in service quality of railway transport products, this paper eXpounds the status of railway logistic operation. From aspects of national policy support, market development space, logistic infrastructure and logistic marketing, the paper analyzes the situation of railway transferring development to modern logistics, and puts forward strategies of the transfer, such as promoting the transfer of whole-process logistic service by warehouse logistics, promoting the transfer of railway trunk line logistics by differential block train products, promoting the transfer of logistic operation mode by multiple networks connection and combination, promoting the transfer of marketing mode by project responsibility system, and promoting the transfer of railway logistic service mode by "lnternet+".
