摘要
随着国家经济结构调整优化,传统能源产业面临重大调整,我国铁路物流发展形势依然严峻,铁路实施货运组织改革,为我国铁路物流发展创造了良好的机遇。在分析我国铁路物流发展形势的基础上,针对铁路物流发展中存在的零散货物市场份额较低、铁路货场的集货与配送服务欠佳、铁路物流服务创新不足、铁路物流管理有待完善等问题,提出优化运输品类结构、整合区域物流资源、规范铁路物流服务标准、完善铁路物流定价机制等对策。
Following with the adjustment and optimization of national economic structure, traditional energy industry faces major adjustment, and logistics development situation in China is facing severe challenges, so implementing railway freight transport reform could provides good opportunity for railway logistics development in China. On the basis of analyzing the railway logistics development situation, targeting with problems existing in the railway logistics development, including transport categories excessively depending on bulk industrial products, poor goods collecting and delivery service in railway freight yard, deficient innovation in railway logistics service and incomplete railway logistics management, this paper puts forward countermeasures, such as optimizing category structure of railway freight transportation, integrating regional logistics resource which focusing on logistics center, standardizing railway logistics service standards and perfecting railway transport pricing mechanism.
