摘要
本文通过梳理襄阳市高新东风铁路物流园现状,分析其货运需求和与周边物流园的竞合关系,结合园区战略和功能定位对东风铁路物流园进行总体结构和各节点平面布置方案规划研究。旨在通过盘活铁路物流,响应市场需求,并凭借优势铁路资源,规划铁路衍生产业,实现以铁路物流带动城市发展,使铁路物流成为支撑高新区新业态孵化、创新经济要素发展的重要载体与核心驱动,实现物流到贸易再到服务的迭代推进,以产城融合理念实现区域有机生长。
Through analyzing the current situation of Dongfeng railway logistics park in Xiangyang high-tech zone,this paper analyzes its freight demand and the competition and cooperation relationship with surrounding logistics parks,and studies the planning of the overall structure of Dongfeng railway logistics park and the layout scheme of its nodes in combination with the strategy and functional orientation of the park.It aims to revitalize the railway logistics,respond to the market demand,and plan derivative industries of railway with the superior railway resources,so that the railway can promote the city development,making railway logistics the important carrier and the core drive that support the incubation of new business types in high-tech zone and the development of innovative economic elements,so as to realize the iteration from logistics to trade to service,and the organic growth of the area with the idea of city-industry integration.
