成渝地区双城经济圈科技协同模式与机制研究 被引量:1

摘要 成渝地区双城经济圈是党中央提出在内陆地区建设区域经济高质量发展的重要增长极,而科技是成渝地区双城经济圈建设的核心。成渝地区双城经济圈科技协同能够有效整合、利用科技资源,促进区域内科技水平协调同步,实现经济圈高水平协作和高质量协同发展。构建成渝地区双城经济圈科技协同模式与机制,应以地理位置与经济发展为主要依据,合理规划不同地区政府、科技创新型企业、高校、院所在科技协同体系中担任的角色,明确科技协同的宗旨是促进成渝地区双城经济圈综合实力持续稳步提升,使得科技协同模式与机制顺利运行。 The Chengdu-Chongqing economic circle is an important growth pole proposed by the central gov⁃ernment to build high-quality regional economic development in inland areas,science and technology is the core of the construction of the Chengdu-Chongqing economic circle.The cooperation of science and technolo⁃gy in Chengdu-Chongqing economic circle can effectively integrate and utilize science and technology re⁃sources,promote the coordination and synchronization of the regional scientific and technological level,and re⁃alize the high-level cooperation and high-quality collaborative development of the economic circle.To con⁃struct the mode and mechanism of scientific and technological cooperation in Chengdu-Chongqing economic circle,the geographical location and economic development should be taken as the main basis,reasonably planning the roles of different regional governments,science and technology innovative enterprises,universi⁃ties and institutes in the science and technology cooperation system,and making clear that the purpose of sci⁃ence and technology cooperation is to promote the continuous and stable improvement of the comprehensive strength of the Chengdu-Chongqing economic circle,so as to make the mode and mechanism of science and technology cooperation run smoothly.
