摘要
成渝经济区作为未来中国经济的重要增长极,其发展质量及速度必将受到世人的高度关注。成渝两地不但要发挥各自工业产业基础较好的优势,更要通过区域间的产业协同推动成渝经济区的集约发展:要利用成渝经济区主导产业和支柱产业相关性强的特点,重点发展"2+9+5"的产业集群;重点产业发展时要注意新产品的研发和区域内的互补;将产业布局和发展与城乡统筹有机地结合起来;既要充分挖掘和利用市场经济的自身规律,又要加强两省市各级政府的规划、引导、激励和协调,还要尽可能争取中央政府的支持、兄弟省市政府和企业的进入、媒体的造势和全民的自觉投入与参与。
Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Zone, as an important growth pole of future China＇ s economy, has been focused by the world for its quality and rate of development. Chengdu and Chongqing should not only utilize the advantages Of relatively good industrial basis but also push forward intensive development of this Zone by industrial collaboration between the regions. The feature of strong relativity between related leading industries and pillar industries in chengdu-Chongqing Economic Zone should be used to develop 2 ＋ 9 ＋ 5 industrial clusters. The research and development of new products and industrially supporting each other in this region should be noticed when developing important industries. Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Zone should integrate industrial deployment into overall urban-rural development, not only sufficiently search for and utilize serf-law of market economy but also consolidate the plan, guidance, incentive and cooperation of each level governments between Chengdu and chongqing, make efforts to get support from the central government and to attract the participation from governments, enterprises, media and the people from other provinces and municipalities.
