摘要
该文通过深入探讨成渝经济圈“一极两中心两地”战略定位对科技创新的关键需求,剖析目前科技创新支撑成渝双城经济圈建设的短板与不足,认为当前成渝科技创新发展存在高端科技创新要素相对匮乏、科技创新支撑产业发展能力不足、创新同质化竞争问题突出、创新发展开放共享程度不高等短板,研究提出建设开放创新实验区、打造综合性科学中心、构建产业创新共同体、建设科创大走廊等举措以推进成渝双城经济圈建设,并提出了推动科技创新支撑成渝双城经济圈建设的若干政策建议.
In this article the key requirements for technological innovation supporting the strategic positioning of Chengdu-Chongqing economic circle are explored,and the shortcomings of current technological innovation are analyzed,such as the relative lack of high-end technological innovation elements,insufficient innovation capabilities to support industrial development,homogeneous competition,and low degree of openness and sharing of innovation and development.Proposals and policy recommendations are put forward including constructing an open experimental innovation zone,a comprehensive science center,an industrial innovation community and a science and technology innovation corridor as well as other measures to promote the construction of the Chengdu-Chongqing economic circle.
