摘要
目的:观察四逆温胆汤加味治疗功能性消化不良(FD)的临床疗效。方法:收集我院中医内科、消化内科肝胃不和型FD患者共100例,随机分为治疗组、对照组,对照组予以消化酶片口服,治疗组予以四逆温胆汤加味治疗,疗程1个月。分别观察2组治疗前后有效率、临床症状积分变化、证候疗效评定、生活质量评价等指标。结果:治疗组总有效率为90%,对照组为68%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。其中治疗组临床痊愈20%、显效46%,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组治疗前后各症状比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。其中治疗组餐后饱胀、上腹痛、上腹烧灼感与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组主要症状餐后饱胀、上腹痛、上腹烧灼感消失时间显著短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),早饱消失时间略短于对照组,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。2组治疗前后比较,生活质量评分差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:肝胃不和型FD运用四逆温胆汤加味治疗获得了较好临床效果,可有效缓解患者临床症状,缩短症状消失时间,是临床常用、安全、有效的治疗方案。
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Sini Wendan Decoctions treatment liver-stomach dishar-mony in FD.Methods:A total of 100 patients with liver-s tomach disharmony in FD in the Department of tradi-tional Chinese medicine and the Department of Gastroenterology in our hospital were divided into treatment group and control group randomly.The control group was given digestive enzyme tablets orally,and the treatment group was treated with Sini Wendan Decoction.The course of treatment was 1 month.The effective rate,clinical symptom score change,the evaluation of syndrome efficacy and quality of life evaluation were observed before and after treatment.Results:The total effective rate was 90%in the treatment group,but in the control group was 68%(P<0.05).The treatment group clinical recovery was 20%and the remarkable effect was 46%,which was statistically significant compared with the control group(P<0.05).The symptoms of the two groups before and after treatment were statistically significant(P<0.05).The postprandial fullness,upper abdominal pain and up per abdominal burning in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The disappearance time of postprandial fullness,upper abdominal pain and upper a bdominal burning in the treatment group was significantly shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the disappearance time of early fullness was slightly shorter than that in the control group(P>0.05).The scores of quality of life between the two groups before and after treatment were significant different(P<0.05).Conclusion:The modified Sini Wendan Decoction has a good clinical efficacy in the treatment of functional dyspepsia of disharmony between liver and stomach.It can effectively alleviate the clinical symptoms and shorten the disappearance time of symptoms.It is a commonly used,safe and effective treatment plan in clinical practice.
