摘要
目的观察三仁汤加味治疗湿热中阻型慢性胃炎的临床疗效。方法将120例慢性胃炎患者采用随机数字表法随机分为治疗组和对照组。对照组予西医常规治疗,治疗组予三仁汤加味治疗。2组疗程均为4周。结果治疗组临床有效率为96.7%,高于对照组临床有效率73.3%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);疗程结束后2组在症状积分改善方面,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论三仁汤加味治疗湿热中阻型慢性胃炎效果显著。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of modified Sanren decoction on chronic gastritis of dampness-heat and middle-resistance type.Methods 120 patients with chronic gastritis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The control group was treated with routine western medicine,while the treatment group was treated with modified Sanren decoction.The course of treatment for both groups was 4 weeks.Results The clinical effective rate of the treatment group was 96.7%,while that of the control group was 73.3%.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The difference between the two groups in the improvement of symptoms integral was statistically significant after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion Modified Sanren decoction has a significant effect on chronic gastritis of dampness-heat and middle-resistance type.
