摘要
旋覆代赭汤出自《伤寒杂病论》,是治疗脾胃虚弱、痰气上逆之痰气痞的代表方,有降气消痰、补益脾胃的功效,临床应用广泛。查阅近年相关文献资料,总结该方在消化系统相关病症及眩晕、顽固性咳嗽等病症中的具体应用,结合药理实验研究,初步探讨该方的临床作用机理,以期为临床研究提供参考。
Xuanfu Daizhe Decoction comes from the“Treatise on Febrile Diseases”,It is a representative prescription for treating the obstruction of phlegm and air with the weakness of the spleen and stomach.It has the functions of depressing qi and eliminating the specific,enriching the spleen and stomach.The clinical application is more and more extensive.By referring to the relevant literature in recent 5 years,I have summarized the specific application of this prescription in digestive system related diseases and other diseases such as vertigo and stubborn cough,and combined with pharmacological experimental research,discussed the clinical mechanism of this prescription preliminarily,in order to provide new ideas for clinical research.
