摘要
民国时期的档案教育应始于1923年11月之前创办的南通文牍专修科,而并非是1934年文华图书馆学专科学校设立档案管理特种教席。按照实施主体,可将民国时期档案教育划分为以职业学校教育为主和多元教育主体并存两个发展阶段。从整体上看,民国时期的档案教育具有以职业发展为导向和浓厚的官方色彩等特点,同时也存在着学术色彩较弱和教育对象来源单一等不足之处。
The archival education in the Republic of China should start with the Nantong Wenshu Specialty Course founded before November 1923,rather than the establishment of special archival management professorships in Boone Library School in 1934.According to the main body of implementation,archival education during the Republic of China can be divided into two development stages:vocational school education as the main body and the coexistence of multiple education bodies.On the whole,archival education during the Republic of China had the characteristics of being professional development-oriented and strong official colors.In this period,Archives education had weak academic colors and single source of education objects.
