摘要
公文程式的频繁颁布与修订,构成民国时期公文制度建设的外在表征,触发了公文程式类图书社会需求的激增。基于民国时期出版的207种公文程式类图书,文章从出版主题、出版时间、出版机构、出版者、出版地点等多视角,对民国时期公文程式类图书出版实践的主要状况、基本规律与重要特点进行了较为系统的阐释,认为出版界在普及新式公文、推动中国公文程式现代化进程中发挥了不可忽视的作用。
The Nanjing National Government＇s official documents system featured the frequent promulgation and amendments, which triggered the rapid growth of social demands for the books following the formulas of official documents. Based on the analysis of 207 books published during the period of the Republic of China, this study probes into the main status, basic law and important characteristics of the publishing practice of this kind of books. The investigation is conducted from the following perspectives： publication subjects, publication years, publication institutions, publishers and publication address. This study concludes that the publishing industry played an important role in the popularization of new-style official documents and the promotion of modernization of China＇s official document.
