摘要
档案学高等教育与档案职业教育的融通既适应当前档案教育价值取向的发展趋势，也能够缓解人才市场“供需”间的矛盾．同时也符合档案人员终身学习的诉求。通过共享课程资源、优化师资结构、丰富沟通渠道等方式能够促进两者的优势互补，拓展受教者学术生涯和职业生涯的发展空间。
The accommodation of archival higher education and archival vocational education is not only suitable for the development trend of the current value orientation of archival science education, but also easing the contradiction between supply and demand in the talent market, and at the same time, it is also consistent with the demands of lifelong learning for archivists. Through the sharing of curriculum resources, optimize the structure of teachers and enrich the communication channels can promote their complementary advantages, expand the space for development of students＇ academic career and occupation career.
