“新乡贤”:乡村教师公共性身份的复归与塑造 被引量:12

摘要 作为乡村中知识分子的乡村教师,兼具双重本质属性:专业性和公共性。然而,在社会变迁中,乡村教师渐渐丧失了其公共性的身份。在乡村振兴背景下,重塑乡村教师的公共性身份对乡村发展具有积极的推动作用。乡村教师以“新乡贤”的身份重返公共生活,应兼顾历史维度和现实向度,才能全面明晰公共性身份衰落的根源和现实困境。乡村教师公共性身份消解的原因是多方面的,主要关涉国家制度改革、城镇化的形成、教师专业化体制的加强以及教师文化权威的降低。未来乡村教师公共性身份的复归与塑造需要培育乡村教师的内在贤能,守护乡村教育的公共性,构建乡村教师“为农”的激励机制。 As intellectuals in rural areas,rural teacher shave two essential attributes:professionalism and publicity.However,in the course of social changes,rural teachers have gradually lost their public identity.Under the background of rural revitalization,remolding the public identity of rural teachers plays a positive role in promoting rural development.Rural teachers who return back to public life as unew able villagers^should take into account both the historical dimension and the realistic dimension so as to fully clarify the root causes and the realistic dilemma of the decline of public identity.The reasons for the dissolution of rural teachers?public identity are various,mainly related to the reform of national system,the formation of urbanization,the strengthening of teachers*professional system and the decline of teachers5 cultural authority.To restore and shape the public identity of rural teachers in the future,we need to cultivate the inner virtue of mral teachers,to protect the publicity of mral education,and to build an incentive mechanism for rural teachers to“serve farmers”.
