摘要
目的:探讨形成性评价在职业卫生与职业医学实验教学中的效果,为提高预防医学专业实验教学效果提供理论依据和参考。方法:整群抽取某校预防医学专业2015级68名本科生作为研究对象,随机分为对照组(n=34)采用传统实验教学评价模式和实验组(n=34)采用形成性评价教学模式。结果:实验组学生第二周期在实验态度、实验技能/案例汇报、师生和生生交流及实验报告得分均高于第一周期(P<0.05);实验组学生实验理论、操作及总成绩明显优于对照组学生(P<0.05);实验组学生在学习兴趣、语言表达、团队协作、分析解决问题、撰写实验报告的能力均有所提高(P<0.05),且教学满意度优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:形成性评价能够显著提高学生的学习能力和职业卫生与职业医学实验教学质量,促进"教学相长",值得在预防医学专业实验教学中应用和推广。
Objective: To explore the effect of formative evaluation in occupational health and occupational medicine experimental teaching, and to provide theoretical basis and reference for improving the effect of preventive medicine experimental teaching.Methods:The whole group selected 68 undergraduate students of 2015 grade of preventive medicine as the research object,and randomly divided into control group(n=34) using traditional experimental teaching evaluation model and experimental group(n=34) using formative evaluation teaching model.Results:The scores of experimental group students in the second cycle were higher than those in the first cycle(P <0.05),and the experimental theory, operation and total score of experimental group students were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The students’ ability of learning interest,language expression,teamwork,analysis and problem solving,experimental report were improved(P<0.05), and the teaching satisfaction was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Formative evaluation can significantly improve students’ learning ability,the quality of occupational health and occupational medicine experimental teaching,and promote teaching and learning to enhance each other,which is worth applying and popularizing in the experimental teaching of preventive medicine specialty.
