摘要
为健全现代医院管理制度、提高医疗精细化管理水平,分析当前医疗机构手术名称不统一的情况,提出以《手术操作分类代码国家临床版3.0》《全国医疗服务项目技术规范》、各类相关手术名称规范及指南等文件为基础,建立统一的临床医生版手术目录集,使临床一手数据有了统一的标准基础,既达到既满足临床需求,又兼顾医疗管理、统计和收费的需要。该目录集可用于评估区域内手术项目开展情况,及时了解某区域各专科实际开展技术情况,为医疗技术临床应用管理、专科临床能力评价、公立医院绩效评价及职称晋升体制改革等工作提供真实的临床数据支持。
In order to improve the modern hospital management system and the level of refined medical management,the researcher analyzed the current inconsistencies in the operation names of different medical institutions.Based on National Clinical Version 3.0 of the Surgical Operation Classification Code,National Technical Specification for Medical Service Items,other guidance and regulations on various related operation,it took the lead in the country to establish a unified clinician version of the surgical catalog,so that the clinical primary data has a unified standard basis to meet the clinical needs,statistics and the need for charges.The catalog can be used to evaluate the development of surgical projects in the area,to recognize the actual technical development of various specialties,and to provide real information for the clinical application management of medical technology,the evaluation of the clinical ability of the specialties,the performance evaluation of public hospitals,and the reform of the professional title promotion system.
