摘要
结合河南中医药大学的具体情况,构建起以“岗位胜任力”为目标的临床实践能力培养模式。以教师、学生为中心,完善了实践教学平台建设。以学生为中心,改革临床实践能力培养内容及课程设置,建立临床基本技能实训、随专业课实训、临床综合技能实训等实训课程体系。以临床病证为切入点,以提高中医临床思维能力为目标,突破专业界限,整合教学内容,强调医德医风、注重人文关怀。以教师为中心,编制教学大纲,广泛采用病案引入教学、临床实例教学、情景模拟角色扮演教学、标准化临床技能培训等多种教学方法,积极开展“分阶段”“小班化”“以问题为导向”的实践教学形式。结合中医学类专业人才培养目标,建立适用于中医学类专业本科生临床能力评价的客观结构化临床考试体系。
Combined with the specific situation of our school,the training mode of clinical practice ability with“post competency”as the goal is established.With teachers and students as the center,the construction of practice teaching platform has been improved.With students as the center,we should reform the training content and curriculum of clinical practice ability,and establish the training curriculum system of clinical basic skills,professional courses and clinical comprehensive skills.Taking clinical symptoms as the starting point,improving the clinical thinking ability of traditional Chinese medicine as the goal,breaking through the professional boundaries,integrating teaching content,emphasizing medical ethics and humanistic care.With teachers as the center,the teaching syllabus is formulated,and many teaching methods such as medical record introduction teaching,clinical case teaching,scenario simulation role-playing teaching,standardized clinical skill training,etc.are widely used.The practical teaching forms of“phased”,“small class”and“problem oriented”are actively carried out.Combined with the training objectives of traditional Chinese medicine professionals,the objective structured clinical examination system for clinical ability evaluation of traditional Chinese medicine undergraduates was established.
