摘要
随着近现代教材管理的发展,教材选用成为教材管理的关键环节。根据教育管理决策系统的研究范式,初步探讨了教材选用的决策权来源、决策权分配和工作机制。应用上述理论分析框架,通过纵向回顾教材选用制度在我国的发展沿革,重点梳理了重视目录管理、强化过程监管等主要经验,并进一步探讨了当前在教师教材选用认识、选用机制等方面上有待解决的问题,据此提出了改进教材选用工作的政策建议。
With the development of modern textbook management mechanism, the textbook selection has become one of the key procedures of textbook management. Based on the research paradigm of the education management decision-making system, we first explored the source and distribution of the decision-making power, as well as working mechanism of textbook selection. Based on the above-mentioned theoretical framework, we reviewed the development of textbook selection mechanism in China, and organized the main experience in catalog management and process supervision. Futhermore, remaining questions such as teachers’ misunderstanding of textbook selection, feasibility of some selection mechanisms were discussed. Accordingly, this study offered some policy suggestions for improving the school textbook selection.
