摘要
高职院校“百万扩招”作为国家宏观调控的重要手段,直接关系到国家稳定就业、产业转型升级、经济结构调整等重大发展战略。满足当前社会对应用型人才的需求,高职教育必须改革传统教育教学模式,坚持应用型人才培养、高质量培养、“因材施教”培养以及创新驱动培养等原则,科学确立人才培养方向,构建实践型人才课程体系、高素质实践教学队伍、灵活的育人机制、多元化评价体系以及多方位的保障体系。
As an important means of national macro-control policy,“million enrollment expansion”in higher vocational colleges is considered as our major development strategies with respect of national stable employment,industrial transformation and upgrading and structural adjustment.Some basic principles such as individualized instruction,innovation driven training should be accepted plus a high-quality practical teaching team,innovative and flexible education mechanism,a diversified evaluation system,strict institutional supervision,and a multi-directional guarantee system.
