摘要
"教学学术"这一概念在国外理论研究和实践探索的双重推动下,已经发展成为一个内涵丰富的四维研究体系。在合法性维度上,教学作为一种学术类型既有可能性,也有必要性。只有为教师教学反思构建起写作、发表、交流、同行评议的平台,教学才能成为一种学术,也才能成为共同体的财富。在主体间性维度上,教学学术不仅关注教师的"教",更关注学生的"学",学生能够成为教师"教学学术"的合作研究者。在关联性维度上,教学与其他三种类型的学术活动密不可分。只有开展研究性教学,才能真正做到教学与科研相统一。在保障性维度上,"教学学术"要求高校为之匹配相应的支持机构,在教师晋升、评价制度中明确教学学术的地位,逐步建立起教学文化。
The concept of "the Scholarship of Teaching" has developed into a four- dimensional research system driven by both theoretical study and practical exploration. In the dimension of legitimacy, teaching as a type of scholarship is both possible and necessary. Only by constructing a platform for writing, publishing, communication, and peer review for teachers' teaching reflection can teaching become scholarship and community property. In the inter-subjectivity dimension, the scholarship of teaching not only pay attention to teachers' teaching, but also address more on students' learning. Students could become co-researchers of faculty in their scholarship of teaching and learning. In the dimension of relevance, teaching is inseparable from the other three types of academic activities. Only by carrying out research-based teaching can we truly achieve the unity of teaching and research. In the dimension of guarantee, the scholarship of teaching requires universities to offer supporting institutions, clarify the status of the scholarship of teaching in faculty's promotion and evaluation system, and gradually establish a teaching culture.
