摘要
目的:观察超声波联合手法按摩治疗深度烧伤患者增生性瘢痕瘙痒的效果及对睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2015年3月至2017年5月福建省南平市第一医院皮肤科收治的增生性瘢痕瘙痒的深度烧伤患者88例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组44例。对照组给予手法按摩方式进行治疗,观察组给予手法按摩联合超声波技术进行治疗,比较2组患者治疗期间出现睡眠障碍的例数、瘙痒症状消失时间和治疗计划实施总时间、深度烧伤增生性瘢痕瘙痒治疗的总有效率。结果:治疗后,观察组患者睡眠障碍发生例数少于对照组,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组瘙痒症状消失时间和治疗计划实施总时间短于对照组,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);深度烧伤增生性瘢痕瘙痒治疗的总有效率高于对照组,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:出现增生性瘢痕瘙痒的深度烧伤疾病患者采用手法按摩联合超声波技术进行治疗,可以在短时间内控制瘙痒症状,充分保证患者的睡眠状况,提高治疗效果。
Objective:To observe the effect of ultrasonic combined with manual massage on hypertrophic scar pruritus in patients with deep burn and its effect on sleep quality.Methods:A total of 88 cases with hypertrophic scar deep burn from March 2015 to May 2017 in the Department of Dermatology of the First Hospital of Nanping City were selected as the research objects,were divided into observation group and control group according to the randomly table method,with 44 patients in each group.The control group was treated with manual massage,and the observation group was treated with manual massage combined with ultrasonic technology.The number of patients with sleep disorders,the time of pruritus symptom disappeared and the total time of treatment plan implementation,and the total effective rate of hyperplastic scar pruritus treatment of deep burn patients were compared between two groups.Results:After treatment,the incidence of sleep disorders in the observation group was less than that in the control group,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05);The disappearance time of pruritus symptom and the total implementation time of treatment plan in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of hypertrophic cicatricial pruritus in deep burn was higher than that in control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:For deep burn patients with hypertrophic scar pruritus,manual massage combined with ultrasonic technology can control pruritus symptoms in a short time,fully ensure the sleep status of patients and improve the therapeutic effect.
