摘要
目的:对比小低频+手法按摩和双极多通道射频联合负压治疗仪(LPG)治疗妊娠纹的临床效果。方法:选择2020年10月-2021年3月期间所收治的50例接受妊娠纹修复治疗的女性为例,将其以数字随机方式分成对照组(n=25)和实验组(n=25),对照组予以LPG治疗,实验组则用小低频和手法按摩治疗,观察两组治疗后各项疗效指标对比情况。结果:两组治疗的总有效率、治疗前后腹部灰度值和腹部评分、治疗满意度以及不良反应情况相比区别均不明显,P>0.05,无统计学意义。结论:两种治疗方案对于改善妊娠纹均能够起到显著的效果,安全性高,但小低频与手法按摩联合方式更经济实惠,适合在基层推广。
Objective: To compare the clinical effects of low frequency + manual massage and bipolar multi-channel radio frequency combined negative pressure therapy(LPG) in the treatment of stretch marks. Methods: 50 cases treated by repair striae of pregnancy from October 2020 to March 2021 were selected as an example. They were randomly divided into control group(n = 25) and experimental group(n = 25) in a digital way, with control group for LPG treatment and the experimental group for a low frequency and massage therapy. The observation curative effect index after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results: There were no signicant differences between the two groups in terms of total effective rate, abdominal gray value and abdominal score before and after treatment, treatment satisfaction and adverse reactions(P>0.05). Conclusion: The two treatment programs can play a signicant effect on the improvement of stretch marks, high safety, but the combination of low frequency and manual massage is more economical and affordable, which is suitable for grass-roots promotion.
