摘要
目的探讨负压封闭引流技术在骨创伤中软组织损伤创面的应用效果。方法选择63例骨创伤软组织损伤创面患者,随机分为常规组(n=30)和对照组(n=33),常规组患者给予常规的换药治疗,对照组患者则给予负压封闭引流技术治疗,治疗后对比2组患者的平均创面清洁时间、手术处理时间、治疗后创面面积、换药次数以及住院时间等各项指标,观察负压封闭引流技术的实际应用效果。结果对照组患者的平均创面清洁时间、手术处理时间和住院时间显著短于常规组(P<0.05),对照组患者的治疗后创面面积显著小于常规组(P<0.05),对照组患者的换药次数显著少于常规组(P<0.05)。结论负压封闭引流技术在骨创伤中软组织损伤创面应用效果显著,值得临床应用与推广。
Objective To investigate the effect of vacuum sealing drainage applications in bone and soft tissue injuries in trauma wounds. Methods Selected 63 cases of bone trauma soft tissue wounds damage, were randomly divided into routine group （n=30） and control group （n=33） and routine group were given conventional dressing therapy, the patients in the control group were treated with negative pressure closed drainage in the treatment and after treatment were compared between the 2 groups of average wound cleaning time, surgical treatment time, treatment after the wound area, the number of dressing changes and hospitalization time and other indicators were observed vacuum sealing drainage effect in practical application. Results The average wound cleaning time in the control group of patients, surgical treatment and hospital stay was significantly shorter than conventional group, the wound area after the treatment of patients in the control group was significantly smaller than the conventional group, frequency of dressing change in the control group were significantly less than the conventional group. Conclusion VSD soft tissue injuries Wound effect on bone is remarkable, worthy of clinical application and promotion.
