摘要
陶粒混凝土具有无碱骨料反应、隔音和质轻等优点。本文采用松散体积法设计混凝土配合比。除抗压强度外,创新性通过应变片法,利用静态应力应变仪研究陶粒对混凝土的弹性模量和泊松比等力学性能的影响。结果表明,陶粒在使用前需进行浸水1h的预处理,以避免坍落度损失过大;10-15mm粒径陶粒可以使混凝土表观密度达到2000kg/m^(3),同时抗压强度损失小于20%;10mm粒径陶粒混凝土除了轻质高强外,还有一定的韧性。高强陶粒混凝土在一些强度要求较低的民用工程中的应用有广阔前景。
Ceramsite concrete has the advantages of alkali-free aggregate reaction, sound insulation and light weight.In this paper, the loose volume method is used to design the concrete mix proportion. In addition to the conventional compressive strength, the influence of ceramsite on the mechanical properties of concrete such as elastic modulus and Poisson’s ratio is studied creatively by strain gauge method and static stress-strain gauge. The results show that the ceramsite needs to be pretreated with water for 1 hour before use to avoid excessive slump loss. 10-15 mm ceramsite can make the apparent density of concrete reach 2000 kg/m^(3), and the loss of compressive strength is less than 20%. 10 mm ceramsite concrete not only has the characteristics of light weight and high strength, but also has certain toughness. In the future, the application of high-strength ceramsite concrete in some civil projects with low strength requirements has broad prospects.
