摘要
试验研究了橡胶改性轻骨料混凝土的强度、耐磨性、干缩性等指标,并考虑了羧基丁苯聚合物对橡胶颗粒改性效果的影响。结果表明:橡胶改性轻骨料混凝土的强度降低较多,但破坏模式发生了根本变化,在强度试验破坏过程中,表现出明显的延性特征,羧基丁苯聚合物可以提高橡胶改性轻骨料混凝土的密实度,改善橡胶颗粒与骨料界面黏结性能,从而提高橡胶改性轻骨料混凝土的抗压强度和抗弯拉强度;橡胶改性轻骨料混凝土的耐磨性显著提高,但干缩率有所增大;羧基丁苯聚合物的掺入使橡胶改性轻骨料混凝土的干缩率大大降低,而耐磨性则变差,但仍高于轻骨料混凝土的耐磨性。
The strength, abrasion resistance and dry-shrinkage property of rubberized lightweight aggregate concrete were studied.The results showed that, with the addition of rubber powder, the strength of rubberized lightweight aggregate concrete decreased obviously, but simultaneously the failure patterns exhibit a dramatic yielding pattern during the compressive tests.The compactness and the bond performance of aggregate-concrete Interface of rubberized lightweight aggregate concrete are improved by adding carboxylic styrene-butadiene rubber latex( SD622S ) and the compressive strength and flexural strength were increased.The abrasion resistance of rubberized lightweight aggregate concrete was improved dramatic, but the dry-shrinkage ratio was increased.The dry-shrinkage ratio of rubberized lightweight aggregate concrete with SD622S polymer was reduced dramatic which was much less than that of lightweight aggregate concrete while the abrasion resistance of PRLC was reduced,but its abrasion resistance was still better than that of lightweight aggregate concrete.
