短纤维对轻质混凝土力学性能的影响研究

摘要 将短纤维浸泡在碱性溶液中,研究玄武岩短纤维和未改性玄武岩短纤维(BF)的抗碱性及BF和抗碱玄武岩短纤维(ABF)对轻质混凝土力学性能的影响。结果表明,加入0.1%ABF的轻质混凝土的抗压强度、抗折强度和劈裂抗拉强度分别提高了2.5%、17.2%和12.1%。汞侵入孔隙仪(MIP)和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)的测量表明,ABF的加入改善了轻质混凝土的孔径分布。此外,纤维和轻质混凝土基体之间的结合也得到了加强。 The alkaline resistance of basalt staple fiber and unmodified basalt staple fiber(BF)and the effects of BF and ABF on the mechanical properties of lightweight concrete were studied by soaking staple fiber in alkaline solution.The results show that the compressive strength,flexural strength and splitting tensile strength of lightweight concrete with 0.1%ABF are increased by 2.5%,17.2%and 12.1%,respectively.Mercury intrusion porosimeter(MIP)and scanning electron microscope(SEM)measurements show that the addition of ABF improves the pore size distribution of lightweight concrete.In addition,the bond between the fiber and the lightweight concrete matrix is also strengthened.
