摘要
用高分子智能材料包裹无机多孔材料,再复配优选的弹性隔离剂PC-S24S,制备了一种可预防深水油气井环空带压的弹性隔离液体系。加入弹性隔离剂的弹性隔离液体系具有良好的耐温耐压性能。升温压强实验和多次升降温实验结果表明,该体系能够保证套管不被涨损,弹性稳定,可起到降压稳压效果和防挤毁作用,且流变性满足施工要求,失水量低,自由液为零,沉降稳定性良好。与钻井液、水泥浆混合后,该体系不增稠,稠化时间延长,水泥石的抗压强度损失低,对固井施工作业的影响小。
An elastic spacer fluid system which could prevent pressure in the annulus of deep-water oil and gas wells was prepared.In this system,the inorganic porous material was wrapped with polymer intelligent material,and then the preferred elastic spacer PC-S24S was compounded.The elastic isolating liquid system added with elastic isolating agent had good temperature and pressure resistance.The results of temperature rise pressure experiment and multiple temperature rise and fall experiments showed that this system could ensure that the casing would not be damaged by expansion,had stable elasticity,could play the effect of pressure reduction and pressure stabilization and anti collapse,and the rheology met the construction requirements,with low water loss,zero free liquid and good settlement stability.After mixing with drilling fluid and cement slurry,the system did not thicken,the thickening time was prolonged,the compressive strength loss of cement stone was low,and the impact on cementing operation was small.
