摘要
针对环锭纺长车的特点和目前企业细纱疵点追溯方法的不足,采用红外感应检测技术和无线射频识别技术相结合,研发了适用于环锭纺长车的固定式自动管纱锭位检测与信息读取装置,比较了装置安装位置对信息读取准确性的影响。同时,结合络筒工序电子清纱器的疵点检测结果,研发了自动管纱锭位追溯系统,实现了环锭纺长车管纱质量的自动追溯。系统在120台Zinser 71型细纱机上进行了实际应用,纱疵数量明显减少。
Aiming characteristics of long ring spinning frame and shortcomings of current enterprise spinning yarn defect traceability method,infrared sensing detection technology and radio frequency identification technology were combined,a fixed automatic bobbin position detection and information reading device suitable for long ring spinning frame was developed.Influence of the device installation position on accuracy of information reading was compared.At the same time,combined with defect detection results of electronic clearer in winding process,automatic bobbin position traceability system was developed,automatic traceability of long ring spinning frame bobbin yarn quality was realized.The system was used on 120 Zinser 71 spinning frames,yarn defects were significantly reduced.
