摘要 探讨纺织企业如何科学制定纱线质量标准及合理控制纱线质量。阐述了有关纱线质量的生产指导性标准及贸易用途性标准,分析了原料选择、设备配置、工艺设计、环境控制、运转操作管理等影响纺纱质量的因素,介绍了异纤清除技术、自调匀整技术、纱线质量专家系统等新技术和新措施。认为:必须根据最终产品需求和用户要求制定相应质量技术指标;应用系统工程提高纱线质量;重视纺纱专件器材的优化管理;及时采用提高纱线质量的新技术和新措施。 Making scientifically and controlling reasonably yarn quality for textile enterprises were discussed. Related production guidance standards for yarn quality and trade use standards were introduced. The influence of factors like raw material selection, equipment configuration, processing design, environment control, running and operating management and so on to yarn quality were analyzed. New technology and measures as foreign fiber eliminating, auto leveller technology and yarn quality expert system and so on were introduced. It is considered that quality technology indexes should be established according to corresponding final product demand and user requirement. Systems engineering should be applied to improve yarn quality. More attention should be paid on optimizing management of yarn special spinning equipment. New technology and measures should be adopted in time to improve yarn quality.
