摘要
探讨利用USTER QUANTUM2型电子清纱器对细纱锭位实现在线质量控制的方法。以CJ 9.84 tex紧密纱为例,阐述了络筒机在线检测中纱线质量控制参数及报警界限的合理设置,并与试验室离线检测相结合,通过追踪维修消除细纱缺陷锭位,指出:细纱锭位在线质量控制可以快速消除细纱锭位质量缺陷,保持细纱质量的一致性,实现质量的可持续改进。
Methods of using USTER QUANTUM2 electronic clearer to control spinning spindle on-line quality were discussed. Took CJ 9.84 tex compact yarn for example, the alarm range and yarn quality control parameter in cone winding machine on-line test were introduced, and combined with laboratory off-line test, through following defective spinning spindle was repaired. It is pointed out that the spinning spindle quality problem can be resolved using spinning spindle on-line quality control, the uniformity of yarn quality can be kept, and the quality sustainable improvement can be achieved.
