摘要
络筒机是织造准备中最重要的设备之一,而电子清纱器又是该机器的核心机构,直接影响纺纱性能。目前络筒机上使用的清纱器从原理上可分为电容式和光电式2类。文章分析了2类电子清纱器工作原理,并探讨了日本Keisokki公司生产的Tri Chord电子清纱器及其在ESPERO-M自动络筒机上的应用。Tri Chord电子清纱器可同时使用3种传感器:电容式、光电式和MicroEye,优势互补,可有效检测出纱疵和异纤,应用范围广。
The winder is one of the most important equipments in textile industry and the electronic yam clearer is the center of this machine because it affects the quality of textile goods. Now the electronic yarn clearer used in the winder has two types: capacitor type and photoelectricity type. This paper introduces the principle of two types and discusses Tri Chord electronic yam clearer made in Keisokki in Japan and the instance used on the ESPERO-M autowinder. The capacitor type sensor, the photoelectricity type sensor and the MicroEye sensor can be used in Tri Chord electronic yarn clearer. It can detect the yam faulty and the differ yams and can be used in a large region. This paper can provide a reference for choosing and using electronic yarn clearer.
