摘要
为了保障探纬控制器在喷气织机上对织入的纬纱进行实时监控,防止纬向疵点的发生,针对传统模拟探纬控制器模拟系统功能单一,交互性、灵活性差而影响喷气织机的性能问题,研究与设计数字式探纬控制器的信号采样、信号滤波到现场总线通信都采取软件配置和数字化控制,对纬纱信号特征选取适用的滤波器算法,并且利用MATLAB进行辅助设计,给出了微型控制器程序设计思路。在应用中为了满足数字式探纬控制器与OMNIPLUS织机CAN总线通信兼容性要求,针对OMNIPLUS织机CAN总线通信协议进行分析,将取得的协议写入CAN总线通信模块中,保证了通信协议的一致性。
In order to have a real time monitoring of the weft yarn movement by the weft feeler controller on the air-jet looms to avoid the weft defect, considering the problems on the conventional simulative weft feeler controller such as simplex of function,poor interaction and sensitivity,a new weft feeler controller is introduced including signal sampling, signal filtering and site bus communication with software configuration and digital control plus the filter calculation of the weft yarn feature. An assistant design with the MATLAB is used for the design promotion. In the real production for the compatibility of digital weft feeler controller and the CAN bus eonmunication on the OMNIPLUS loom, some analysis is done acc. to the protocol of the CAN bus communication on the OMNIPLUS loom and the protocol is copied into the module of the bus communication for consistency of the communication protocol.
