摘要
探讨乌斯特专家系统的各项功能在纺纱生产中的实际应用。介绍了该系统中的特殊报告、机器报告、位置报告等络筒报告在纺纱过程中的作用,对络筒数据的数据管理和分析方法进行了说明。认为:乌斯特专家系统的应用可有效指导生产,是提高产品质量和设备使用效率的一种有效的控制手段。
Practical application of Uster expert system each function in spinning was discussed. Effects of the system special report,machine report,location report etc in spinning were introduced. Winding data management and analyses methods were introduced. It is considered that production could be guided effectively through using Uster expert system. It is a effective control means of improving product quality and equipment use efficiency.
