摘要
根据2008中国国际纺机展上20多家企业展出的集聚纺整机和零部件的展出情况,分析了近年来国产集聚纺技术的特点、技术进步和发展趋势。指出国产集聚纺装置成纱质量与国际水平相当,性价比有明显优势,已从高档纯纺纱向低端扩展,其技术正在走向成熟;三罗拉与四罗拉牵伸形式各有利弊,而三罗拉依旧主导市场;应发挥协会积极作用,遏制恶意倾销,引导企业强化分工和协作,积极扶持技术创新并组织测试平台,从而降低成本加快集聚纺工艺的普及。
Analysis is done to the specifications, in recent years based on the information of the tech-progress and prospect of the compact spinning process products from over 20 enterprises exhibited in Shanghaitex 2008. It is pointed out that the domestic compact spinning elements are equal to the products of the same kind from overseas in quality of resultant yarn with competitive performance and price ratio. The comapct spinning elements are degrading from high quality yarn spinning into lower grade terminals with the tech- nology developing into mature. The three-roll draft is different from the four-roll draft in advantages and disadvantages while the three-roll draft is still dominating the market. Something must be done to fully utilize the function of the related association. Something must also be done to act against deliberate dumping. Enterprises should be guided to divid work and coorperate in a proper way. Action must be taken to promote tech-creation with some testing organizations established so to reduce the cost and speed up the generalization of the compact spinning technology.
