摘要
探讨JWF1562型集体落纱细纱机的纺纱性能。阐述了该机的技术规格、结构特点,比较了该机与普通细纱短车的纺纱质量,分析了使用中存在的问题,并提出改进建议。认为:JWF1562型集体落纱细纱机具有自动化程度高、生产效率高、纺纱质量稳定、节约用工、万锭占地面积小等特点。建议应加大研发力度,提高机器运行的可靠性和稳定性,加快有关配套装置的研制,进一步提升集体落纱细纱长车的技术性能。
Spinning properties of JWF1562 doffing spinning frame were discussed. Technology specifications and structural features of the machine were contrasted. Quality of the yam spun by the machine was contrasted to the yarn spun by traditional spinning frame. Existing problems in using process were analyzed and the modifying suggestions were put forwards. It is considered that the properties of JWF1562 doffing spinning frame are higher automation degree and production efficiency,the spinning yarn quality is stable,labor and floor area are less. It is suggested that R ＆ D effect should be strengthened, reliability and stability of the machine should be improved, development of related supporting devices should be speeded up to improve the machine technology property in further.
