摘要
分析了我国纺织工业当前的特定环境,国内受原料与劳动力双重制约,在国外受新兴第三世界国家低价竞销及经济发达国家"再工业化"的双重挤压。探讨了纺织工业转型升级的新方向,积极开辟纺织原料新途径,扩大对生物质纤维与再生纤维的利用;调整产品结构,大力发展"精、特、新"纺织品生产;加快对落后设备的更新,压缩过剩产能;积极采用先进技术减少劳动用工。最后指出创新发展是实现纺织企业转型升级的重要举措,要从管理创新、技术创新、产品创新着手,使我国纺织工业从"纺织大国"向"纺织强国"迈进。
This paper analyzes present specific environment of China＇s textile industry. It is restricted by both raw materials and labor force at home and squeezed by low-price marketing of new third world countries and reindustrialization of developed countries abroad. The paper discusses the new direction of transformation and upgrading of textile industry. The new approach of textile materials should be actively opened up. The application of biomass fiber and regenerated fiber should be expanded. Product structure should be adjusted. The fine, special and new textiles should be developed. The updating of outdated equipments should be speeded up and excess production capability be compressed. Advanced technology should be adopted to reduce labor employment. Finally, the paper points out that innovative development is an important measure for textile enterprises to realize transformation and upgrading. Starting from innovations in management, technology and products, China can go from a big textile country to a strong one.
