摘要
针对现阶段矿区环境复杂多变、煤层顶板常常出现不平整现象,设计了一种可旋转顶梁液压支架,通过旋转体将顶梁与掩护梁联接,实现顶梁的多方向旋转。经过实际应用,该支架能够适应煤层顶板的多方向倾斜,在煤层开采过程中具有较高的适应性和使用价值。
In view of the present mining area complex and changeable environment, coal seam roof often appearing uneven phenomenon, designed a kind of rotating top beam hydraulic support. Through the revolution body connecting top beam and cover beam, realizes the multi-directional rotation of top beam. Through the practical application, the support can adapt to the multi-directional tilt of coal seam roof, which has high adaptability and use value in the process of coal seam mining.
