摘要
唐山矿压煤问题突出,矸石的排放对环境造成一定污染,为解放“三下”压煤资源,减小地表下沉,控制矸石排放量,急需对充填工作面F5001顶板沉降进行限制,考虑到工作面宽度对顶板沉降的重要影响,本文研究了工作面宽度与顶板沉降的关系。将煤层顶板简化为组合固支梁,推导顶板沉降与工作面宽度对应关系,并通过已有监测顶板沉降的数据进行验证。研究发现:工作面宽度布置在124 m左右时,采空区顶板达到极限抗拉强度4.63 MPa;工作面宽度布置小于等于103 m时,工作面上方顶板沉降量处于低水平状态;工作面宽度超过103 m后,顶板下沉量处于高沉降水平状态。考虑到煤层平均倾斜长度,最终工作面宽度布置为66 m,此时监测到顶板沉降为0.538 m,处于低沉降水平,与计算结果的0.519 m接近,理论计算精度较高,但是需要更多实例验证其普遍适用性。研究结果表明:工作面宽度与顶板沉降存在指数关系,确定工作面宽度需要考虑顶板沉降的控制要求。
The problem of coal pressure in Tangshan Mine is prominent,and the gangue discharge has certain pollution to the environment.In order to liberate the“three lower”pressed coal resources,reduce surface subsidence and control gangue discharge,it is necessary to limit the settlement of the roof plate of the working face F5001,and the relationship between the width of the working face and the settlement of the roof plate is studied considering the important influence of the width of the working face on the settlement of the roof plate.The coal seam roof is simplified into a combined solid support beam,and the relationship between roof settlement and working face width is deduced and verified by the available monitored roof settlement data.It is found that the working face width is arranged around 124 m,the roof plate in the mining area reaches the ultimate tensile strength of 4.63 MPa.When the working face width is arranged less than or equal to 103 m,the settlement of the roof plate above the working face is at low level.When the working face width exceeds 103 m,the sinking of the roof plate is at high settlement level.Considering the slanting length of coal seam,the final working face width is 66 m.At this time,the monitored roof settlement is 0.538 m,which is in low settlement level and close to the calculation result of 0.519 m.The accuracy of the theoretical calculation is high,but more examples are needed to verify its applicability.The research results show that there is an exponential relationship between the working face width and the roof settlement,and the control requirement of roof settlement needs to be considered when determining the working face width.
