薄煤层无巷旁充填沿空留巷技术研究 被引量:25

摘要 为解决无巷旁充填沿空留巷支护难度大的问题,通过理论分析巷道围岩结构及沿空留巷支护原理,采用单体支柱代替木密集支柱,并配合十字铰接顶梁的支护方式,使矸石流入巷道自然形成巷旁矸石垛支撑巷道顶板,并对支护参数进行设计,且简化了施工工艺。实践结果表明:该支护手段效果显著,沿空留巷顶底板和两帮最大变形量分别控制在800和600 mm以内,无巷旁充填沿空留巷效果达到了预期要求。 In order to solve the support difficulties of the gateway retained along goaf with no gateway sidewall backfill, with the theoretical analysis on the surrounding rock structure of the gateway and the support principle of the gateway retained along goal, the single prop was replaced to the dense timber supports and the crossing articulated beam support method were applied to the design study of the support pa- rameters. Thus coal rejects flowed into the gateway would naturally form coal reject stacks at the gateway sidewalls to support the roof of the gateway and the construction technique was simplified. The site measuring method was applied to the analysis study on the support effect. The practice results showed that the support means effect was obvious, the max deformation value of the roof and floor in the gateway retained along goal could be controlled within 800 mm, the max deformation value of the two sidewalls could be controlled within 600 mm, and the support effect was excelent.
