精确疏放唐家会矿煤层顶板砂岩水技术

摘要 顶板砂岩水是唐家会煤矿6号煤层开采过程中的主要灾害之一。利用长距离水平定向钻技术代替常规钻进技术精确有效地疏放62103工作面6号煤层顶板砂岩水,共施工3个定向长钻孔,总进尺2535 m,单孔最大深度966 m,单孔最大涌水量130 m^(3)/h,累计疏放水量13万m^(3),高效地消除了煤层顶板水害隐患,缩短了开采准备时间,为巷道掘进与工作面回采提供了安全保障。 Roof sandstone water is one of the main disasters in the mining process of No.6 coal seam in Tangjiahui.Using the long-distance horizontal directional drilling technology instead of the conventional drilling technology to accurately and effectively drain the sandstone water in the roof of No.6 coal seam on the working face of 62103,construction of 3 directional long boreholes,the total penetration is 2535 m,the maximum depth of single hole is 966m,the maximum water inflow of single hole is 130 m3/h,and the cumulative water discharge is 130000 m3.The hidden danger of coal seam roof water is effectively solved,the preparation time for mining is shortened,and the safety is provided for roadway tunnelling and working face mining.
