摘要
继电保护装置的采样精度直接影响保护性能,交流插件的采样精度系数则直接决定了采样的准确性,采样精度测试是继电保护装置出厂前的一个重要测试项目。装置在运输、长期运行、现场调试过程中会存在多种情况,导致采样精度系数的丢失,因此有必要对装置的采样精度系数进行有效保存用于后期追溯。基于以上问题,开发了一套继电保护装置的精度自动校验系统,并对精度系数数据进行多级保存,从而能够对大批量装置进行自动测试,降低测试人员的工作强度,提高测试效率。
The sampling accuracy of relay protection device directly affects the protection performance,and the sampling accuracy coefficient of AC plug-in directly determines the sampling accuracy.The sampling accuracy test of device is an important test item before delivery.In the process of transportation,long-term operation and on-site commissioning,there will be a variety of situations,which will lead to the loss of sampling accuracy coefficient.Therefore,it is necessary to effectively save the sampling accuracy coefficient of the device for later traceability.Based on the above problems,the automatic test system of relay protection device accuracy is developed,and the accuracy coefficient data is saved at multiple levels,which can automatically test a large number of devices,reduce the work intensity of testers,and improve the test efficiency.
